BIG BAND





Big Band was the name of the exhibition "Dedal" ( see facebook here ) opened two days ago in the center of my hometown Varna. The theme was "Jazz music". I had two of my photographs shown there - one of them was sold (yay!).

Dedal is a some sort of an art school( but is much more for me, though) which is completely led by artists, supported by their own funds and by "America for Bulgaria" foundation. They are teaching kids not only art, but are showing them a way of living. I've seen kids there change completely - from listening to things like Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj (and bulgarian chalga) to starting to enjoy jazz music and art in all of it's forms. I've seen seven year old kids creating art. I've seen hyperactive kids which no psychologist could help so far, express all of their energy in painting. And that's amazing.

      Дедал правят доста изложби, като събития за мен са нещо много специално:)) Ако искаш можеш да разгледаш всички творби на страницата им във фейсбук:)
